In October 2001, Kraft Search Associates became an affiliate business of KraftCPAs, one of Tennessee's top three professional accounting and consulting firms. The firm employs more than 150 individuals plus six affiliate businesses: Kraft Technology Group, KraftCPAs Turnaround & Restructuring, 2nd Generation Capital, Kraft Asset Management, Axis Accounting Systems and Kraft Search Associates.

KraftCPAs PLLC is a leading CPA firm headquartered in Nashville and helped launch Kraft Search Associates with Paul Frankenberg in 2001.

Since its inception in 1958, KraftCPAs PLLC has become one of the largest independent certified public accounting firms in middle Tennessee. Founded by the late Joe Kraft, the firm presently has 16 members and a total staff of over 150 men and women, including approximately 70 CPAs.
