Megan Tomlinson has more than seven years of leadership experience working within the healthcare industry. An accomplished strategist and marketer, she has been recognized for her success in growing sales and increasing profits.

As a Senior Associate with Kraft Search Associates in the Nashville office, Megan uses her business development and relational creativity in combination with attention to operational detail to manage and lead search assignments from scoping the search with the client, defining the research strategy, identifying and recruiting leading executives and senior managers, communicating progress and updates with the client to full candidate development, presentation to client and final offer negotiation. With both candidates and clients, Megan has consistently delivered outstanding results in completing C-level and other major functional area search assignments.

Prior to joining Kraft Search Associates, Megan's experience with Centennial Medical Center, the flagship hospital for HCA, allowed her to interact and build relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital executives and physicians around the region. She was responsible for increasing volume and physician satisfaction throughout the hospital.

Megan's business development skills consistently delivered increased volumes during her tenure with HCA. Additionally, with her clinical experience in a physician practice setting, Megan brings valuable insight and knowledge regarding the leadership and management challenges faced at the front lines of the healthcare industry. It's through her development, operational and clinical experiences that Megan has developed deep relationships and personal contacts throughout the country.

Megan received her MBA and BS from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee. She is actively involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Family and Children's Service of Nashville. Newly married, Megan and Kyle reside in Nashville.
